感覺：
雖然算是歐洲的一份子，土耳其由於宗教的關係，更接近中東。作為我們接觸的第一個中亞中東的國家，土耳其沒有讓我們失望，看到伊斯蘭教的清真寺，逛當地人的大市集，跟著當地人抽水煙和喝茶，買了他們色彩繽紛的玻璃燈，咖啡豆和Turkish Delight，和聽著他們一日五次的禱告鈴聲，更加讓我們想多了解伊斯蘭教的文化，特別是中東的美食因為Kebab實在太好吃了。我們一定會再回來，和到其他中東的國家。

行程計劃：
Day 1 – 到逹伊斯坦堡，閒逛市區，晚上坐過夜火車到Ankara
Day 2 – 中午到逹Cappadocia的Goreme，參觀了Goreme的Open Air Museum
Day 3 – 大清早坐熱氣球，吃過早餐就去了Green Tour
Day 4 – 中午離開Goreme到Ankara坐晚上的過夜火車回伊斯坦堡
Day 5 – 在古城區參觀了Blue Mosque，Hagia Sophia和Grand Bazaar
Day 6 – 去了Topkapi Palace，New Mosque，Süleymaniye Mosque，下午到新城區逛街，在Galata Tower附近吃晚餐
Day 7 – 坐船遊覽Bosphorus和到達黑海口
Day 8 – 漫步舊城區，下午回家去
消費：
總共遊了九天，沒有很詳細記下消費，機票大約是五千左右，土耳其航空要價七千多，所以選坐了Emirates，要在曼谷和杜拜轉機。
當地主要消費都是吃飯和酒店，吃飯比香港貴一點，B&B大約60 – 90歐元一晚，熱氣球團大約140歐元一個人。交通費不是很貴。

無心一轉, 轉轉土耳其
行程回顧：
Day 0 – 零晨飛機出發
坐Emirates的夜晚機到達杜拜時是第二天的早上六時多，然後就再轉機到土耳其。在杜拜機場看見眾多包頭巾的中東人已仿似來到了另一個世界。
Day 1 – 坐火車前住Cappadocia
成功到逹伊斯坦堡機場，跟著當地人坐地鐵/輕鐵出市區。先坐紅色線到Zeytinbumu再轉藍色線到Sirkeci。到逹Sirkeci後要走過一條橋去岸邊，那裡有船到對岸的Haydarpasa station火車站，我們要去買火車票和寄存行李，今天晚上會坐過夜火車到Ankara!!(好像Haydarpasa station在2012年關閉)
Trains for Asian destinations used to leave from the historic Haydarpaşa Station (pictured above right), a ferry ride across the Bosphorus from Sirkeci Station where the European trains arrive. Haydarpaşa station was built in 1908, a gift from the German Kaiser to the Ottoman Sultan, and named after one of the Sultan’s generals. It was closed to long-distance trains in February 2012 when engineering work started to rebuild the rail approaches to Istanbul in connection with both the new high-speed line to Ankara and the new Bosphorus rail tunnel. It currently only handles a few remaining suburban trains. When the work is completed and long-distance trains resume operation into Istanbul, trains are likely to use the new rail tunnel under the Bosphorus from Asian Turkey to the European side of Istanbul, and Haydarpasa may then close totally.
Day 2 – 在奇山異石林Cappadocia探索

到逹Ankara後就坐的士到巴士站，火車站好像沒有公共交通，所以只好坐的士。從Ankara到Cappadocia (Goreme)，我們就到巴士站買票，大約四個半小時就到。巴士站有很多巴士公司，隨意問問，他們就會告訴你哪一間巴士公司可以去你要去的地方。路程可參考http://www.turkeytravelplanner.com/go/CentralAnatolia/Cappadocia/trans/ank_cappa.html

Day 3 – 熱氣球之旅
第一天閒逛了Goreme，今天就去坐熱氣球，費用不便宜。不過Cappadocia的奇山異石，令在空中上望著這遍像月球或火星表面的土地更覺奇異。飛天過後，我們就參加了經典的Green Tour，去了一個地下五十米的地下城和像星際前傳賽車場的大石群。

You will be driven back to your hotel around 08:30am just in time for breakfast, going on a daily tour or a nap.
